I bought two cases from Toys-R-Us about ten days ago.
Went back today to three stores and none in sight.
Has anybody seen them at Toys-R-Us recently or seen them come back into stock?

Maybe because you bought the entire stock of that single store with those 2 cases. With all the reports of low stock and single delivery, what were you expecting?

Not Quite...

All the TRU's I visited (3) each had a minimum of 4 cases per store, one store had six out and on display!

FYI, I'm not buying to hoard or sell on eBay or Bricklink. I'm putting together sets to use as prizes for a current Lego contest at the DRM (Danbury Railway Museum) where I have a 200 square foot trainscape.

Pretty sure you're going to pay full price for it, so $1.99 x 60 (I believe that's how many are in a case) = XXXX + your local tax rate...whatever that works out to be.

I stumbled upon the collectible mini figures at my local Borders.

However they rang up 4.99. yikes! :o

oh well I really wanted my robot so i was willing to pay it.

If you are desperate, $5 is reasonable.

Thanks for the info on the case and tip on Borders. I might try there. Still looking for Skater and Cheerleader. Unless anybody here has for trade?

Has anyone asked TRU if they'll order a case for you if they don't have it in stock or only a partial set? It's kinda annoying to go to one and find that half of the case has been picked over w/ only the same figs left. I would rather just pony up for a whole case and trade the extras or something.

I live north of Dallas in Frisco and the TRU and Lego store we have are always out. I called one night and was told they had some in stock but it turned out to be an error in thier computer. My kids were very dissapointed.

are there any other stores carrying these in the North DFW area?

All the Toys R USes within 30 miles of me in PA are sold out and haven't gotten in any in 2 weeks. Maybe next week.

I think they will only get 1 wave of these minifigures. Countries like the uk are completely sold out. So if theres none at toysrus or the lego stores, go order them now at legoshop. Even with its limit of 5 per customer, its still #1 in north america. People managed to order more than the limit once their order arrived. So they will go by really fast. Anyone that didn't get them should order now from legoshop. Plus, double vip points this month.

Today I took the upc from the minifigs to k-mart today and used the price scanner on it, it registered as "lego minifigure $1.99". So it looks like we might be seeing these at other stores pretty soon.

Thank god its not an exclusive. Toysrus has them listed on their site at $2.49 but out of stock at the moment.
