Here's the relevant part of my receipt. I bought five 30102 and five 30103. The person at the register scanned a 30103 twice then voided it.

I don't know why the receipt says 30087 instead of 30103. The numbers that start with 0673 are the UPC codes and correctly match the ones on the bags.

Hope this helps.

dwhyde, Looks like you were overcharged as I was. The Friends display box showed the price as $3.97, and I was overcharged 2 cents at $3.99!

This is taken from the Wal-Mart Canada flier (fine print section) about getting overcharged. Apparently, you can get the first item for free if they messed up on the pricing.
If the scanned price of a non-price ticketed item is higher than the shelf price or any other advertised price, your're entitled to receive the first item at no charge, up to a $10 maximum.
I'm not sure if this is for US too though. You may want to check with your store (maybe get a flyer or a manager as I doubt the cashiers will even know about this).

This Walmart is a 70 mile round trip from my house. It's not worth going back to get a $0.20 refund. Even if I could get one of the sets for free.

The only reason that I go to this Walmart is because it always stocks the hard to find polybags in the seasonal aisles. I usually buy five to ten of each to make the trip worth it.

I hope I can find these at some of the local Walmarts in this area since I never really found the Target ones.

Thanks for the tip...

Went back to our Wally's in Mt. View, Calif. They are down to 1 box (from 3) with only Stephanie's Mailbox and Emma's Car left! Looks like the Desk Set is the must have! Sold out in 5 days.

Actually, it might have. I have a message from my local Wally World and they might have them there. Thank you.

However, we are travelling by car right now, and I took a chance along the way to check the SuperCenter in Bloomington/Normal, IL. They had all the Friends polybags, but none of the City/Ninjango/Star Wars ones.

We are up near Chicago for a few days, so I might check one or two WalMarts up here if I get a chance.

For those in the Sacramento, CA area, the Wal-Mart on Florin road has all of them. They have 2 City ones (a speed boat and plane), 4 Star Wars (STAP, Tie Fighter, Star Destroyer, Republic Attack Cruiser), 2 Ninjago (Cole's Car and Jay with jumping snakes), and the 3 Friends (car, desk and mailbox).

The city and Ninjago ones are in the Easter section. The Star Wars are in the LEGO aisle. The Friends are with the Friends sets in the girl aisle.

The prices were interesting as the Ninjago were $3.49 while the Star Wars were $3.97 and the Friends were $3.99. We didn't get any City ones so I don't know their exact price.

For those in Northeast Wisconsin, I finally found these last night at the Neenah Wal Mart. Over the past few weeks I've checked many Wal Marts in Wisconsin (Appleton, Green Bay, Sheboygan, Chilton...) with no luck, so either these are just starting to trickle in or they are very hard to find.

None of these in the South Metro here in MN, no Friends or SW polys.

Its probably too late to find them now, but does anyone in Utah know which Wal-Mart still carries these? I really want some for my daughter's Easter basket but don't have time to drive to every store in the area. I've checked about 4 stores and found the other Easter polybags but not the Friends ones (not even an empty display box). These polys seem to go quick around here though. ALL the "freshly put out" City/SW/Ninjago polys at one store that I checked on Friday were completely cleaned out over the weekend!

Found a stash of ~5 of the Friends Car poly bags at Wal-Mart in Dallas (Montfort & Beltline) in the Lego Friends aisle area. The bags were a bit wrinkled so perhaps they were returns or old stock found hidden. I bought one for 3.97 plus tax. I searched this store at Easter when these first came out and never found them at this or any other local Wally world stores.
