I noticed that they cap the amount per household per address at 16. Do they really monitor and enforce this or do multiple orders just have to be placed?

I cant speak to 16 limit, but on first series it was only 5, and I did manage to place 2 separate orders with 3 on it, so hard to say how well they monitor it.

I placed two orders of 16 figures for series 2. I don't think they really police it. But they will certainly cap you out at 16 for a single order.

Showed up at the LEGO store here too this week with the limit of 16. There is this one employee that is ultra fast at feeling them up - it would have taken me 10x longer and I'm not too shabby at it myself ;) Nabbed all the detectives and called it a day.
