Just 30-45 minutes ago it had been showing Coming Soon on S@H, I checked again and it's now listed as Sold Out. Maybe just a funny DB thing, but this set's release has been strange to say the least.
Update: It just flipped for Available Now!

I got one when I saw it on the shelf at Toys R Us and the neck is terrible, rotate the head a little and it flops back.
