Change to Monthly Mini Model Build starts July 2015

The registration was easy. The events take place on first Tuesday AND Wednesday of the month between 3 and 7PM and you must choose a time (20 minute intervals).

You do have to list the kids' first names and birthdates. (I guess maybe you can bring a friend?)

Supposed to show ID for the adult at the event.

Can register up to 4 kids.

You are required to stay and build.

So far I have NOT received an email confirmation, so I took a print screen of the confirmation screen just in case.

I'm thinking this might work out okay if I remember to sign her up each time.

Please note that you are registering for a building event. Guests must participate in the event to receive the free set. Guests will not be permitted to collect the set and immediately leave and may not pick the set up at a later date or time.

Quantities are limited to approximately 120 per store per night and time reservations are on a first come first serve basis. Models are not for sale and cannot be purchased. One registration with a maximum of 4 children per household. One free set per child. Due to safety restrictions, this event is open to children ages 6-14 only.

Interestingly, the July calendar says this event is for both Tuesday, July 7th AND Wednesday, July 8th!

I successfully registered but have yet to receive confirmation. I did not have the good sense to take a snapshot of the screen. Hopefully, all goes well.

Holy Cow these events fill up quickly so be on your toes and register early.

^ You said it! Luckily I was able to register my daughter for the 6:40 timeslot on Tuesday at Danbury, CT. I think it was the only timeslot left available!

It didn't work lastnight. I was trying to register while waiting on line for the MMB. Only two time slots were filled. 6:40 is where I want to be.

Very annoyed by the age restriction on these: My 5 year old does the modular buildings for 16+, and my 3 year old the creator models with several hundred pieces. By themselves. Do they enforce (my 3 year old does not look like 6!)?

The age rule under 6 is waived if you sign them up, you click on the disclaimer that Lego will not be held responsible for for injuries caused by the product since they are not old enough for the reccomended age.

Well everything was booked up, there wasn't the option of a waiting list either.

I do like that it is two days vs 1, but as the months go on I believe it will be impossible to get a slot. Everyone will be online at 9AM.

I wonder what is the plan for "no shows" etc.

Event is at capacity for all stores. Registration is closed WOW!!! summer months seem to be slow at my shop and parents may not notice the new process by fall.

I didn't see the two day option. Wednesday is better for me as D&B has half off on games.

I got a confirmation email today (finally) only to discover I chose the wrong LEGO store! Not the end of the world, at least I got a spot, just means the drive will be longer slightly.

^ Yeah, I've been awaiting the update to the registration page all day, too.
