thanks for the posting. Like the Year of the Snake ... it probably won't be available here in the USA.
However, the instructions are online at

Unlike the Year of the Snake this set doesn't have any special part ...so I was able to make one without too much trouble. The mixel eyes give this creation a cute cartoon like feel :-D that is hard to replicate using other parts.

Fix the title....it's 40148 vice 40108.
