Why does Zellers still have no new Lego?

Zellers, the nationwide chain with 276 locations does not have a single new set.(not even the regular themes released a few months ago like Atlantis, City, Kingdoms, etc, etc.) Ask the staff there and they got no clue when they'll be here and what new stuff will be in the next truck shippment.

Independent toy shops like Mastermindtoys already has new LEGO including the August released Star Wars. How is this even possible? I like Zellers because of their constant BOGO sales on Lego. I'm planning to get some of the new Lego when they have this sale. But seeing their selection and management, I doubt they'll be instock by christmas.

Those are buy one and get the second one for half price. Zellers has those 2-3 times a year.

Well, the Zellers in Barrie finally got a couple of Kingdoms sets this week. So maybe by Christmas they'll have the new Star Wars. My guess is TRU or Walmart have deals with Lego to get the new sets first or something.

Our local Zellers is the same... nothing new.

Strangely, they still have about 6 sets of the Troll Mountain Fortress... keep checking to see if they might mark them down to clear them out, but no luck yet...

Are you serious? The Zellers here is still flooded with Toy Story, PoP and other old lego's. But its nice to hear the good news!

My local Zellers just got these sets in. Good sign as we'll see more. :)

Its almost March and Zellers finally has 2 new Star Wars sets. The messy Lego section is still filled with old sets that aren't selling. Yet, its not on clearance or on sale...

My friend told me he also found city christmas advent calendars from last year. Looks to be "new" stock from their warehouse. Again, not on clearance but at full price.
