Even the Busy Farm price is misleading. 14.97 is a full two dollars more than retail price. So 11.00 is only 2 dollars off-about a 20% discount. You also need to remember/jot down retail prices before you go shopping. I've found this helps.
Most of the time at the Walmart around here just the Red price shows. The original price is usually left blank-at least for Lego.

I usually scan everything I come across in the Clearance aisle just to check and make sure. I really have to grab one of those Eris' Interceptors.
