Thanks for confirming the presence of the blue gem, atmail35! Guess I'll have to plan a trip up to Burlington in the next few weeks!

I went in the store today and managed to fit 21 horses in the large cup! I tucked in all the legs and the head. Didn't manage to fit much else, but getting 21 horses was well worth it since im not sure if the stores will get them as often as the other pieces.

Wow, 21, that is impressive. I think I need to try it! Nice work!

Good pieces, specially horses my son was just asking me where we could get them.
We have been watching the Lego Movie and he loves the Wild West part.

But it's not enticing enough yet, to justify a 2 hours trip.

Hope more people can report other findings...

Does anyone know if the Yorkdale Mall Lego store in Toronto has the new ones in (specifically the horses) as well? I am just curious - do they still sell whole PAB boxes - would be nifty having an entire box of horses at hand - they'd always come in handy.

I think you just have to ask a sales person about the box/case. I think it was $70 USD the last time I asked, I've never actually purchased a case though.

it is $100 now.

I never fill lego cups with pieces that are too big as this consumes lot of space and gives you less items to play, work with. best once are tiles, plates, doors, windows, 1xX bricks. Never 2xX bricks.

The K2 boxes are now $100? I purchased one back in January for $70.

^ Thanks for response folks. Probably more in Canada. Does anyone know how many horses would be in a box? Is it 100? Would be worth it for that price.

Thanks again!

I just came back from Lego store. I was able to fit 17 horses inside and a ton of blue gems between them. After taking the horses out of a cup, there is about half a cup of gems left...sweet, I'm going to get more tomorrow :)

Fairview Mall in Toronto has all the elements listed in this thread, including horses as of this afternoon.

It is $120 CAD for a box. You might be better filling several cups.

Many say that the price of a box varies per store. You just need to talk to the store owner for the price.

Thanks again for the responses! I might make the trip this weekend - always an adventure to get to Toronto. Probably right, unless there are 100 horses in a full box it's the smarter choice to just get the large PAB cups.

I made a trip to the store in Chandler, AZ today and they had pretty much all the new items out, and actually said they got the go ahead to put them out a few days before the launch date. Unfortunately, the horses lasted all of the first 2 days the employee I talked to said. So, no MOC's with horses for the foreseeable future.

Think I saw most of these pieces, save for the horses, when I popped into the Jersey Gardens store. Definitely the pink and blue plates/tiles.

I think I will attempt my first visit to a pick a brick wall in Ohio (closest store) tomorrow. I'm looking forward to it even if its a long drive.
