Looking forward to this new format.
Is there the usual piece count? Nothing was listed about size.
Thanks!

So it's a raffle and not a contest based on votes? And will digital models be accepted (LDD)?
Re: 2012 Mini Christmas Contest #1: All I want for Christmas
Well this is tricky! How do I build a 9398 4X4 Crawler, when that is what I want for Christmas. I'll have to make a mini-figure or micro scale version of it.

@dho7622u - No size or piece count restrictions this time.
@Legobrandon - Yes this is a raffle, and since this is a raffle you can use LDD
@soulless_minion - your entry must be an original design

Sweet Robot @Nannan! Dr. Spock that is a glorious example of microscale... I may have to copy that one =-)
I'm glad I built that brick the other day, now it's hosting my collection of monochrome minifigures...

With Apple making everything smaller these days, they are bound to hit the niche market between the iPod Nano and the iPhone. Here, with a very simple design and modest assortment of parts I present the iPhone Mini.

What I want for Christmas:
Okay, actually, what I want for Christmas are the components to make this for real.
I make silver jewelry as a hobby. Ever since my son started playing with LEGO, I've thought the bricks could make a great, abstract, wearable necklace. If I were to make this necklace for serious wear, I'd shorten it, made a silver chain for the back (this one is a neck cuff made only from bricks) and permanently affix the bricks. As it stands, I think my son would strenuously object if I epoxied his LEGO together...
I've been wanting to try this for ages - thanks for a great contest!
ps. My 6-year-old took this photo - he's very proud of it.

Thank you - Working with silver, it's always a struggle to add color to a piece without using stones, so this was a lot of fun. I'm seriously putting together a brick wishlist and handing it off to my husband to go Christmas shopping for me...The-Daryl wrote:That's really a neat idea, very creative :)

Speaking of Lego, all I want for Christmas is: a Republic Frigate set.
