Not in any sort of order, so here it goes.

1 point for brickbuilder for the deathstar
1 point for akunthita for the taj mahal
1 point for unbornchikken for diagon alley

All great mini builds that hit the mark on the amount of pieces.

Wow these are great. I had a hard time deciding as well.

Taj Mahal - akunthita - 1 point
Cafe Corner - beans - 1 point
Death Star - Brickbuilder0937 - 1 point

I was considering entering and building the Taj Mahal but I didn't have the right parts and I would have been totally embarassed I'm sure if I did enter because I am really impressed by this one over all.

Fatyankee 1 point. I would absolutely buy this for my mini SW universe.
Brickbuilder0937 1 point. Creative use of pieces, and everything is there!
akunthita 1 point. Beautiful recreation of the original, down to the stud.

All entries were great, would buy any of them if they were polybags!

Well, if I don't vote for myself, I'll end up with 0, so,

hatcher - Millennium Falcon 2 points
akunthita - Taj Mahal 1 point (amazing work)

No matte who wins, you deserve it, all the entries were great. Great jobs all around. Watch out or LEGO will still your designs. :D

Need to put in my vote before I forget and the voting closes. :P

I find it awkward to vote for myself even though that's in the rules, so my 3 votes will go to others:

soliton's Tantive IV: 2 points

I absolutely adore this. With the limits in piece counts, I think that the harder challenge than creating a representation of a bigger set is to keep the scale and as much detail as possible. I love the shape of this and the small details.

Brickbuilder0937's Death Star: 1 point

It is a little humorous to me that I've chosen 2 Star Wars creations for my votes, since I am not a Star Wars fan. My normal inclinations would've been to vote for the modular house/creator/architecture sets, but I thought I would do this work injustice in not recognizing it. Like soliton's entry, the scale and detailing hit home. It is one of those builds that you find something interesting in every time you take another look at it.

This was a nice little (pun intended) contest. Thanks to TNB's admins for running it and thanks to all who submitted such excellent entries. :)

Great job by all, these look great! I apparently am a complete sucker for mini SW sets, who knew?

Two votes for Fatyankee and the 10195 Republic Dropship with AT-OT Walker.
One vote for soliton and the 10198 Tantive IV

Good luck to all who entered.

I don't feel good about voting for myself, so I will have to give all three of my points to Soliton with his great Tantive IV. :) I loved everyone's entries!

Wow, can't believe my spelling was so bad when I posted that! (insert face palm). That should say "No matter who wins" and "Watch out or LEGO will steal your designs." So embarrassed.

Good luck to the rest of the entries!

Thanks so much guys for this great contest! It has been lots of fun, and I really appreciated everyone's entries! I especially liked the ones where there was more than one entry for the same set! Really interesting how people approach the same challenge differently! Even with so limited piece-count! I wish there would have been more doubles like that! I learned a lot from those! :)

Also, thanks for your kind words for my entry! It has been fun to participate and do something a bit different, with all the anxieties of deadlines and all...

It's getting really late here, so I'm going to take rest. Wishing all the participants lots more votes and the best of luck! Whoever wins certainly deserves it.

And before I go I give a little boost to my baby!

akunthita - 10189 Taj Mahal, 3 points

It was fun to participate, even if I only got 1 vote, but hey, that vote wasn't mine! Thanks, guy, whoever you are, for voting me 1 point!
Anyways, I'm usually a Star Wars kinda guy but after reading more in depth about the mini Taj Mahal build, I just couldn't not vote for it. Too cool! So here you go, Akunthita, very well done! Cheers!
