So I picked this set up during the TRU BOGO sale. I really like this set and thought it would go good with the camper set from last year. So without further wait the review.....

The Box:
Image
Pretty large features typical Lego box designs and previews.

The Contents:
Image
Seperated into two builds the car and figures are one and the camper is another. Comes with stickers =( though.

The Figures:
Image
Love the new female face design, very modern with a touch of the old school female look during the Paradisa and early city design. Her torso is new and will make for a nice addition to any city. The guy features typical designs with hair and torso, is his face new not sure? I love the hot dogs with the set, they are rare I believe.

The Car:
Image
The design is awesome love that it fits the two mini-figures I remember the old camper set during the 90's and someone always had to ride in the camper. The mirrors are cool but I would have liked to see a blue car maybe.

The Camper (Interior):
Image
Small space - awesome use! Has two chairs for a table, a bed in the nose and a small kitchen. Could of used a few more details like a faucet and maybe a cabinet to store the hotdogs. The TV decal was okay, but it does lack originally.

Them Together:

They look awesome together and will make for a great looking camping scene.

Final Thoughts - I would recommend picking this set up when you get a chance, perhaps during the next sale as I think the $19.99 price is a little high. It has great figures and comes with 2 hotdogs which is an added bonus! Hope you like the review.

This is a fairly strong review with great pictures accompanying it. I just don't get the appeal of the set. I imagine it might be exciting when there are either bears and/or dinosaurs attacking it. Ah, now I get the appeal of the new dino sets!

Thanks, great review, looks like a nice set. The only thing it could've used is a photo of all the pieces. But otherwise it's quite helpful. ;)

I hadn't really noticed this set before. It looks pretty nice. I may have to pick it up.
Price Per Piece - $0.92
I think you forgot a zero in there...

Thanks for the review. I like that camper, not too sure about the car. I think an SUV or pickup truck would be better for towing the size of that thing.
