FS: Lego SW Death Star , Sealed in Box, Price Lowered

Unfortunate issues lead to a very sad decision. I need to sell my son's Christmas present asap.
This is a brand new Lego DS , seals complete, small ding on outside of box from shipping.
(I cannot return to store as it was purchased awhile ago and put in my attic.

Asking 350 plus shipping ,Lowered Price to Match Target's previous offers.
Would like a post office money order if possible , not paypal unless someway to prevent nasty fees. I can provide pictures as needed, my personal ph#, ect.
Here is my sad story in a nut shell , I had surgery on sept 30th , still out of work , disability stopped my payments due to partially missing paperwork *not my fault*, wont get paid before xmas in time , still no tree and might not have enough $ for rent. I'm in tears thinking about this but I have no choice right now.
