Aloha from the Gulf Coast of Florida
Aloha from the Gulf Coast of Florida
Hi - I am a long time Adult LEGO Builder (the other acronym sounds too similar to another overused epithet). My particular interests are the Christmas Village and building an extended - and perhaps (solar powered) garden located - railway layout. However I also have many of the Harry Potter and Indiana Jones sets. As part of my combined Christmas and train interests I have many of the City and Creator sets. My largest set is the Tower Bridge of London, thought the H. Potter Hogwarts combined sets rival that (one other goal is to use the footprint of Edinburgh Castle and the general theories of Hogwarts to build a mini-figured scale Hogwarts - but that will take a LOT of bricks and space).

Howdy from NJ! Sadly, I'm not a fan of HP stuff but I do love the City and Train sets.

I agree, never really been satisfied with AFoL. I like the word 'enthusiast' more than 'builder', though.ALB52 wrote:Hi - I am a long time Adult LEGO Builder (the other acronym sounds too similar to another overused epithet).
