Builders, Lego Enthusiasts, AFOL's lend me your bricks

Post by MiguelClanLego » Sat Jul 04, 2015 12:32 pm

Hello all, I recently joined because of the Avengers Contest, but have been coming here for news and Lego sales tips for some time. I'm in my 30's and have been building Lego on and off for many years but have only just recently come out of my dark ages and have fully become a collector/builder again. Lego for me has become my zen place where I can relax and de-stress while I build. My main focus of my collection is the Superhero line (Marvel and DC) and the Lego Movie as well as some modulars, Ultra Agents and city. I love to nerd out about Lego with fellow fans and am loving every minute of it. If you want to take a look at my entry for the Avengers building contest I'd be happy to get your input.

Welcome! We are a similar age. I too love to de-stress by building.

Late welcome!

Another 30+ Lego AFOL here. Nerding out with fellow fans really is fun. Meet a guy just last week who'd recently gotten back into Lego. He'd gotten his son into the brick too and now the kid wants to be an engineer! That's just awesome.
