Another one wose Dark Age comes to an end.

Post by JaumeBCN » Tue Jul 01, 2014 4:53 am

Hi, from 1993 I held a liking for LEGO, my first set was a plane thing that came on a Happy Meal, then an Helicopter... A friend gave me a minifig of him, so eventually had some bricks and a figure with no head... Then I began getting store sets, first basic stuff, (a whole league over McDonald's), the first was the 1710 snowmobile, four years pass, on 1997 my mother after a booze binge through a good idea just throw all of it away... A day walking from school I saw a Technic figure on the street, a red firefighter, "I have one like you!" then I find a trail of construction plans handwrited by me, leading to an empty cardboard box, the box where I kept my stuff... It's curious what a person you trust can do... Well, now on 2014 I still hsve "Bill" the firefighter on my table, he's the only surviving bit of my old LEGO's (and the reason of the hobby rekindling), now I'm looking to make him the union point between my old and my future collection.

I already downloaded the Lego Digital Designer to see if "I still got it" did some decent stuff, so I still got it...

Welcome to Toys N Bricks!! Interested in what Bill looks like! Can't wait to see some of your creations with him! And the LDD is perfect for newcomers who don't have a lot of pieces! Good idea!
