Looks like a wonderful set. I'm sure this one will sell very well.

Very excited for this set, some truly amazing details, and can not wait to add to my street :-D , was hoping for a police, or better still a hospital modeller set, but this is still amazing. hoping for a hospital next time tho :) as my lego towns people need an A&E.

It seems very short compared to Green Grocer. Maybe it's just me but there seem to be alot of wasted space. My guess is they added more details. I'm still going to buy it.

They have to go to the neighboring Heartlake City to use their over abundance of bathrooms. Some even refer to it as Urinetown.

I think the fact that the building doesn't use the full square footage of the baseplate is a good thing. Those extra parts are clearly being used for the very nice detailing of this building. And secondly, the smaller building will create some nice spacing/negative space when it is connected to the other modular buildings. Now I'm officially three modular releases behind!

This one looks like it may just be my favorite of all of them although I haven't built it yet. I do have all of the other modulars though and I absolutely love the detail!

My brother always wanted this set. I hope to get this for him someday. He doesn't play LEGO though, and I've been trying to get him into it. It would double the LEGO collection in our house too!
