Anybody buy the LEGO Minifigures collector box?
Anybody buy the LEGO Minifigures collector box?
Is it worth the money?
Re: Anybody buy the LEGO Minifigures collector box?
That all depends on what you want to do with your figures - if you want to close them up and look at them, then I guess it would be a good thing to buy. That said, if you're going to use them for the CMFs, there will be an odd man out, since there are 16 to a set and there are only 15 spaces in the box.
I, on the other hand, don't really have the space or need to display them in a box, so I wouldn't go for it.

Don't do it. My older brother (also an AFOL) bought one to put up his own unique minifigures and not the collectable series and he's regretting it. You could build your own out of bricks if you really wanted to. Its a little pointless, especially at the price.

Is this a custom minifigure box?
Re: Anybody buy the LEGO Minifigures collector box?
Nope. It's on Lego.com. It's a carrying case basically. I can't tell if it's made out of plastic or cardboard. anyone know?

Don't get it. From the looks, its just cardboard with a few baseplates and not worth your money.

I am thoroughly convinced. If this ever goes on sale though to $4.99 or so, or even half off, I'm going to snag one.
