LEGO 8803 Collectible Minifigures Series 3

I just got a full unopened box of 60 minifigs and here is what I found:

Most of the barcodes didn't match up very well with the cheatsheets I've seen, also the number of each type of minifig was different from other's boxes, e.g. I got four fishermen while others have reported seeing two or three per box. It would be interesting to know if boxes with the same minifig count have them in the same order.
P.S. I got my box from Entertainment Earth.

What a good show. That and animaniacs. *sigh*.

Anyways the dot method is pretty accurate. I'd always double check the package by feeling it out for a specific piece. I managed to get all my minifigures by feeling them out.

You got 4 fisherman? Maybe its uk thats why.

My box had 4 Fisherman instead of 2 that they were originally putting out. Also, isntead of having 5 Aliens, I ended up having 3. I got mine @ a Target in Augusta, GA.

The dot code is very very hard to use. Some of them are straightforward (Tennis Player) but others are not (Elf, Fisherman, Gorillia). Every single packet has a slightly different position of the dot codes but very similar if they're the same minifigure.

Some of figures didn't even have the dots listed on the dot code sheet which frustrated me a lot. 4 of my mummies had the dots where they were suppose to be. 1 of them was completely random. :(

My box had 2 fisherman and 5 aliens. I guess mine is the first production run and yours is second or third.

They're still available at chapters.indigo.ca (4 pack for $11.80) and at Mastermind Toys. Mastermind actually still has Series 2 in stock as well (Buy 3, Get 1 Free!).

There seems to be a quality issue w/ the space villain clip - the claw part snaps in 1/2 if you clip on an bar. Anyone else have this problem?
