USA today has revealed pictures for one of the upcoming LEGO DC Universe Superheroes set: 76002 Superman's Metropolis Showdown. You can click on the picture below to get a closer look at this Man of Steel set. Comes with 2 minifigures. (via FBTB)

Doubt it, it seem this is the smallest one like the Catwoman Chase or the Captain America set. And as the article indicate it is based on the movie, I rather have them doing the rest of the justice league or battle of all the different supermans, or maybe some other company have the rights for those.

Yeah, not the most impressive looking set but I am sucker for all the super heroes so I will be getting it anyways. You can never have enough little lego super heroes.

I think the car and set look rather blah, but for $13 it looks to be the best $13 set this yet.

this is the kind of lego set - that I'd give as a gift at the next christmas charity event... the mini figs are cool but the set doesn't have anything really cool about it that would make me want to hold onto it.
