Key chains

Hello.

New to the Lego World

Wanting to know if the keychains can be cut from the mini figs and played with???

Of course, you can get some pliers and pull the metal pin that is in the head out. It takes a bit of muscle but it does come out.

The head piece will still have a knob even if you remove the keychain. I suggest getting a magnet pack instead. They work the same as regular figures and comes with a magnet.

I wouldn't recommend doing this though.They never come out looking right. They always have a little damage left. Like someone else said it's better to invest in the magnets. They're actual minifigures and you get some magnets for your fridge : )

Agreed. I like the magnets and want to see more of those set -- even for lines that are discontinued but still show up in videogames and clothing, like Batman.

If they released Batman magnet sets the market for those would plummet. Right now Batman minifigs sell at the most ridiculous prices. I'm pretty sure there would be quite a few happy and quite a few pissed off people if that happened.
