Wow, those mock-ups are really well done, and look like they could totally be feasible minifigs, accessories and all. I was a huge MotU fan as a kid, so I'd be all over this set!

Neighborly Ned: thick glasses and grey hair with a self satisfied grin, a new leaf rake, the grandma visitor basket, and two "bionicle teeth," one yellow, one dark red for leaves

Country bumpkin: goofy looking gap toothed face, scarecrow hat done in tan, heavily worn half unbuttoned overalls, shotgun, fishing pole, or ptchfork, or a tractor magazine. I'd say a whiskey jug...but you know, not family friendly.

This is a great idea!

Also would like there to be an old school deep sea diver, the kind with the hose running down to give them air. A waiter with a tray, kid with a balloon, and a tightrope walker (maybe witha balance beam and flashy outfit, even a scared look on his/her face) are the newest ones I have thought of.
Score two more for him

I didn't notice this earlier. He-man would be great! (although I'm sure unlikely)
