HA, I'll be that cool IF:
- I can get my own set first; and
- I can find a store willing to sell a full case
;)
Actually I found a lot of stores stopped selling full cases of toys because toy scalpers will just pick the cream off and return the rest. Or in some cases, replace the cream with crap, and return the box for full refund.
This comes from the Action figure and Hot wheels market.

I will want that one in quantiy simply because females in swimtops are a notorious hard minifg to get ahold of for people doing pools and ocean based mocs.

That's easy...which ones command the highest price in the secondary market. It would require less than two hours of research that the winner of serires one is the Zombie, and the loser is the Crash Test Dummy. I'd certainly notice that if I were a Lego Executive.
From demand or price(ebay/amazon/bricklink) it seems the order is(again my best guess):
Zombie
Robot
Cheerleader
Tribal Hunter
Clown
Magician
Nurse
Caveman
Cowboy
Forestman
Ninja
Wrestler
Skater
Diver
Demolition Dummy

You're one short there. I'll give you a hint - he's a man, and he goes in space ;)

cheerleader is in demand more so than robot. probably tie with zombie or even better than zombie.
don't forget, there are 4 robots in a box. ;) and i can't believe you pick magician to be that high on your list. i will gladly trade you as many magicians as you want for nurse, skater or wrestler.
rank is more like so:
cheerleader
zombie
clown
skater
nurse
wrestler
robot
forestman
indian
caveman
spaceman
cowboy
ninja
magician
diver
dummy

Lucky for you guys, kids don't care about Spartan. Here is what they wanted at the store.
Karate
Vampire
weightlifter
skier
I helped one parent with the vampire cape. It's a pain since it was my first time.

That was a bit tricky for me too. I like the idea behind it, but don't like the fold you get in back of the collar.
