why do you need to post video when a simple picture would suffice?

No, I really just forgot to post the image. I'll go edit my post. I meant to post the picture and video.

What is crazy is there is obviously more below..ggrrrrrrr.
Re: First photo of Minifigures Series 8
Not necessarily. It could be something completely different-like a list. "All of these things are coming out in September." Minifigs series 8 is just number one of that list.

Nope. I believe they did the same thing for series 6 a few issues ago and the minifigure shown wasn't on the list. So don't get your hope up too high.
Re: First photo of Minifigures Series 8
Ya the guy taking the picture confirmed that the thing under it was Monster Fighters.

Can't wait till September!
Re: First photo of Minifigures Series 8
It feels strange to have Series 7 behind us already and almost no idea of what's in Series 8.

I know, usually when we get one series in stores we have hi-res pictures of the next series and low-res pics of the series after that. I guess w'll just have to wait.Sinfanti wrote:It feels strange to have Series 7 behind us already and almost no idea of what's in Series 8.

Re: First photo of Minifigures Series 8
I believe I mentioned this on another thread, but I can't locate it right now. But since Series 6 and 7 photos leaked on the same day, maybe we should expect to see photos of both S8 and 9 in the near future.
Re: First photo of Minifigures Series 8
Would this be the appropriate thread to wildly speculate about what minifigs we'll see in series 8?
I'd love to see an Invisible Man with a clear plastic head and hands. It would be cool for there to be a short minifig made to look like Igor, as the mad scientist's assistant. An evil queen with a red apple would be nice, too! As for City-themed minifigs, I'm kind of expecting a judge (to go with the Town Hall) and I'd love to see a chef with one of those puffy hats on.

I like the invisible man idea. I think they might have a good knight to counter the evil knight of series 7.jmjm wrote:Would this be the appropriate thread to wildly speculate about what minifigs we'll see in series 8?

They are killing my budget. I can't seem to resist getting all of these. Although the lat go round I passed on a few I could live without.
Re: First photo of Minifigures Series 8
I thought the box for Series 8 supposed to be black. From the image of the pirate it seems to be green again. I'm not doubting it, I'm just surprized.

^ That's just the design of the page it's on, I wouldn't take that to indicate the color of this series.

Your CMF ideal list is much better than upcoming series 8 minifigures, I had no idea what was TLC thinking about. May be they thought we are rich enough to support all of their series.jmjm wrote: I'd love to see an Invisible Man with a clear plastic head and hands. Witch from series 2 could be used as the real identity of your evil queen.
