I'm not sure whats going on here with the "Ninjago Craze" but it seems like they are combining 20 years of Lego Originals/Knowledge and turning it into a Gold Mine. Pirates for Season 3 in November 2012?

No, this was an exhibition of prototypes and special one-offs by Mark Stafford at AFOLCON - it's not a production model, just a bit of fun.
