magnet figs quality

Has the new magnet quality improve? A picture I found compares a regular fig with a magnet fig. Is it really the same? No more cheap chinese plastic?

They still show magnet characteristics. No black printing on the torso, etc.

Even chrome stormtrooper regardless if its polybag or magnet, its still cheap magnet quality. Same goes for chrome vader, but most of us dont' notice it because of the chrome.

I was speaking to shop at home customer service and they deny saying the magnets are cheaper quality than the regular figures. They say it is the exact same minifigure made from the same factory with same material. Is this true now these magnets are all made with high quality lego peices?
