Pictures have emerged of a new LEGO Star Wars magnet set and two new keychains. The magnet set features Kit Fisto, Barriss Offee and a Captain Jag. No word yet on a release date for either the magnet set or the keychains.

Whats with all these rare figures in magnets lately? Theres no point in getting the bigger and expensive sets now when you can get all the figures for $20.

Wish I hadn't spent $20 to get a Kit Fisto of EBay, oh well! Thinking now I don't have to buy Turbo Tank or Slave 1, when I can probably wait 6 months after they're released and get the minifigs in magnets!

I wish they'd release a regular Anakin and Ahsoka in magnets. I also may wait ont he Turbo Tank to get Aayla Secura in a magnet set. Thanks for the idea!

That's exactly the point. LEGO is taking a hit for the fans who want to cough up $15 for 3 minifigures and 3 magnets. Not everyone wants the gigantic sets they come in.

The magnets are a lesser quality.

Some of them are and some of them aren't. In my Boba Fett/Slave Leia/Emperor's Guard set, only the Emperor's Guard was of a lower plastic quality. In my Battle Damaged Darth Vader/Snow Trooper/Dark Trooper set, only the Dark Trooper was of craptastic quality. It's a crap shoot really.

Thanks, thats what I thought. We got the Leia/Imperial Guard/Boba Fett set and it looked pretty good so I wasn't sure.

All the magnets are cheap quality but some are more noticeable than others like the royal guard.
