I like the looks of the beach house.
I have inoperable cancer and am unable to work. Any gifts would be appreciated. Thank you!

These look okay. I like the large amount of orange in the helicopter.

Exclusives are never leaked out.

The beach house looks good, would look great if it had a yellow roof. The blue and red just look too weird.

agree. it's never found in the preliminary catalog because only 1 retailer has exclusive rights to sell it.

The beach house will make a nice addition to my daughter's burgeoning Heartlake City... The buildings don't all have to be pink and purple...

I'm gonna wager it'll be between $35-$40 US, simply because everything else seems to be going up in price. It does look like a $30 set, though.

And I'm right there with you, I really like this set as well!

I like the beach house! I bought the cabin and the apple tree house and enjoyed both builds! This looks similar

Lies! Lies and slander. I suppose you can get away with Sky Blue.

I really hope that this does not turn into a $40 set. It really doesn't look like that many pieces and seems smaller but comparable to the 2008 Beach House which was $35. That one didn't come with a minifigure though.

I can see myself having to buy 4 of those beach houses. (I for me, I for each kid). They look great!

Yeah but I bought mine in 2010 so it doesn't seem like that long ago. Apple Tree House had a lot more pieces and was only $5 more. I'm pretty sure the newest beach house has less pieces than the older one from what I can see.

I like that it includes a minifig. They did it with the creator cabin and now this beach house, not enough to be a pattern but would be nice if it was.

I actually like them without patterns sometimes. With a pattern, they end up using the same minifigure over and over in every single set and you end up with a whole bunch of the same pattern. If you try using that same minifigure in a scene it looks unbelievable because when are you going to find three guys wearing the same shirt outside of a uniform or common-interest group gathering? With plain shirts its a lot more believable. "Hey, two guys are both wearing red shirts."

Plus most of my shirts don't have patterns on them. I can't get an accurate minifigure to represent me.
