Lego 10211 Grand Emporium Rumor

Theres news with coming soon set similar to green grocer and fire briadge and that would be the LEGO 10211 Grand Emporium. Its being rumor to be release march 2010. Anyone got extra info or is this a complete rumor?

A new model building is fantastic and is a good replacement for cafe corner.

LEGO modular fans will be happy as a new set will be available March 2010. Pictures from the LEGO 10211 Grand Emporium is now available. The Grand Emporium is a corner building similar to Cafe Corner.

Sweet !!! This is my favourite building so far. I really hope they have a detailed interior to go with that. The shop windows looks really well done.

"The LEGO Modular Buildings series continues with this spectacularly detailed 3-story department store, designed in a realistic scale with lots of special building techniques and rare pieces. On the street outside, citizens carry shopping bags, send letters at the mailbox, admire the window mannequins, then cool off at the ice cream stand while a busy window washer works above. Enter through the revolving doors to discover a ground-floor clothing department, complete with a cash register, fitting room, hats, jewelry, perfume, and even a selection of spare trousers. Somsone said on the previous page on this thread that amazon has it listed for 149.99 USD. That's the same price as the Green Grocer and the Fire Brigade. I would assume the grand emporium will be priced the same as those two in GB as well.

I read over at Brothers Bricks the grand emporium will be released next monday on the 1st instead of the 19 and heres some pictures from flickr.
