Brickset has revealed another LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean Jack Sparrow Minifigure! There are a couple Bricklink sellers in Europe that have this promotional polybag LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean 30133 Jack Sparrow Minifigure available for sale.

It is. For the price you pay for the figure, you can almost get the set.

I think that currently the only place to purchase this is on BrickLink such as here:

A little pricey at $29.99, it's apparently not a new version of Jack Sparrow. And I agree, completely lame and unnecessary.
