He-he...note that the seller is in Mexico and he doesn't know what he is selling. Probably stolen from the LEGO factory there? This seems to be a regular occurence both from the Mexican and the Chinese factories.
The fig looks like Nya in the red samurai outfit. The helmet mask is missing though and the helmet horns (or whatever they are called) too.

I picked this up yesterday. It's a fun set and has a bunch of cool pieces.

Looking at this video clip of the upcoming show, it looks like we're getting LOTS of new snake people (and a pink ninja!) in summer 2012...

Holy crap, snake mecha and wrecking ball cranes - this year's line-up is incredibly zany in the best way possible!

All these new Ninjago sets reminds me of Power Rangers. Go Go Power Rang... I mean Nin Nin Ninja Goers!

Re: 2012 LEGO NinjaGo (January)
Makes me sick to my stomach to see some of these NinjaGo sets (and that's coming from a LEGO fanatic).
NinjaGo started off as a halfway decent theme with a good concept (I was never sold on the card portion). The theme has gone from having a martial arts (feel) to some mixed up sci-fi circus.
I'm a male.... and looking at these new NinjaGo sets makes the Friends sets look awfully attractive.

My kids are hooked on the Nijago theme. I think it all started with the free nijago app on my phone. Not only do they love to play the game but if has all these free movie clips and now they are hooked! My 5 year old wanted the fire temple just for the golden sword ! Anyway Lego is a mastermind at marketing aren't they? I hope this means the 2011 sets start going down in price!
