You never know but there is a possibility. We all thought the removeable magnets are like regular minifigures. But when they actually came out, they were a cheaper quality.

^ It seems like the only times we get cheap minifigs is when they're pre-built like in chess, tic tac toe, magnets, etc. It's unlikely they would put pre-built minifigs in that kind of packaging, so I would guess high quality.

Does anyone know if its possible to purchase the entire set with all the minifigures or do we have to purchase all of them randomly?

I assume you will have to purchase them separately.

The packaging looks like this

It comes with a nice little poster too

From the packaging, it looks like you may be able to feel the pieces in there afterwards. Or is there some sort of substances inside that prevents that? Nice poster.

I think I'll just wait a year, and I know darn well I'll get a few in some of the lots I buy. People always throw in minifigs. I mean I can wait for a while. As AWESOME as they are, I'd rather wait so I don't have to pay a premium for em :)

Big Bad Toy Store has them for pre-order at $2.99 each. Europe will get them may 1st at argos.

They are also revealing more confidental images on their site like atlantis and kingdoms with prices. All their prices however seems higher than msrp.

LEGO has unveiled their microsites for the collectible minifig series, in three flavors:

US: http://minifigures.lego.com/en-US/Default.aspx

UK: http://minifigures.lego.com/en-gb/Default.aspx

German: http://minifigures.lego.com/de-DE/Default.aspx

The write-ups for each are funny. I'm really getting psyched for these. Do you think it would make sense to grab a case and do some sort of online trading circle?

Thanks for the news. An online trading circle would definately work. I'll try to setup another poll soon to see if there is enough interest.

Are those stands included in the packet then? Also i think maybe the robot could of had a minifig item like some kind of saw.

The zombie is tops on my list, but I'm going to try to collect a complete set.

I have added a new poll to see how many would be interested in trading LEGO collectible minifigures. The previous poll has been moved to this thread. Please revote for your favorite minifigures here. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
