Odd, they are reusing blue for Series 5 packaging? (sorry if this was mentioned before) I haven't seen the packaging video , but on my screen the pic above is showing up blue.

So...
S1 - Yellow
S2 - Blue
S3 - Green
S4 - Orange
S5 - Blue?

Did they forget about Red or Violet/endless other colors?! Heck even Pink!

I think it's a different shade.

I think we'll find that the Blue packages they showed there were made solely for the Toy Fair shows and the real packages haven't been finished/designed/manufactured yet. We'll likely get a completely different colour. These look like paper not foil ... hoping for purple! I can't see them skipping red before re-using a colour.

LOL ... definitely a Lumberjack (although a Lumberjack can be a redneck too eh?).

Yeah! I couldn't see the ax and I doubt lego would give him a beer! LOL.

Does the bag color matter? You can't find series 2 anymore, so it doesn't matter. You just shouldn't use the same colors in the same year in case you just happen to run into an older box.

I can't wait for series 4 and 5. I think I might even buy some because I think most of them are winners, so I won't mind just grabbing 5 or so from S@H.

I'm sure the selection is pretty poor, but S2 is still available in at least two stores near me.

Borders probably has them, since their price was really bad.

With all of the male/female counterparts, i was hoping for, and still am, a female zombie. Especially since that was one of, if not the most popular from series one. Maybe in a torn wedding dress (nothing inappropriate, i just prefer legs, to a wedge "dress" piece) and a black flower bouquet or something. Series 6 maybe...please?

Peopel saw they have them at Target and Walmart. The only stores to carry series two was the one TRU near me, and they sold out rather quick (a bunch of AAoL buy hundreds of them) and then one Borders had one box from October until the beginning of December, but now has only series 3. By July all the series 2 minifigures should be gone, and if they aren't the 5 looks different than a 2. ;)

Mikado has them listed for €1,99 each. I can't find the pre-order date of release.

Actually have no desire for any of these, except maybe snowboarder and british guard.
Of course, when are released I'll probably still want them.
I have inoperable cancer and am unable to work. Any gifts would be appreciated. Thank you!

There are a few I like, and will buy, but nothing stands out as awesome to me, not like Series 4. :|

I'm definitely up for the snowboarder, 'victorian investigator' (Sherlock Holmes), and gangster for sure. Maybes are dwarf, gladiator and "Breakin' 2: Electric Boogaloo" chick. Not really interested in any others, kinda the same way I felt about CMFs3.

Gaaah I'm more into 5 than I am 4. They keep making better and better series...Well, except for 1 and 2. I thought 1 was better than 2 but 3 better than 2 and 4 better than the previous and 5 the best of all! Dinosaur, rawr.

It seems to go up and down for my taste, 1 was great, 2 was ok, 3 was about the same as 2, 4 is great and 5 just seems ok, again, thats just for my taste. I definitely like the gangster, boxer and the dinosaur, I also kind of like the gladiator, though not nearly as cool as the Spartan, the clown and I always like dwarfs. I could see my self buying a hillbilly, mostly for the beaver hat, if that is what it is, and maybe the royal guard, cleopatra and the cavewomen, but less excited about them. The rest I could do without and I am not super excited about any of them, with Series 4 on the other hand, I can't wait to get a hazmat guy, punk rocker, wolfman, Frankenstein and mad scientist.

I am a big fan of Series 3 myself... figs you don't see elsewhere. Elves were awesome. Samurai were awesome. Cyborgs were awesome. Lots of other cool figs. I'm ok with S4, but out of it, I am only 'excited' about the Musketeers and Vikings tbh. I might keep a few extra Hazmats, and scientists if I can find it, but how many werewolf guys or frakenstiens can you have? Scientists are cool, but way too rare.

I'm not a huge fan of S5 either. The dino is cool to have as a unique piece, the Brit, the Dwarf, and the Conquistador are the only ones I'll be shooting for multiples of. Others will have happy to have just 1 of.
I have mixed feelings about new releases: I can't wait to see and get the new sets... but I can't figure out where I'm gonna put them or store them.
