A brand-new LEGO Minifigures series has been revealed from lcc. Recommended retail price for the series is now €3,99 and there will be 20 minifigures in the new 71017 Batman Collectable Minifigures Series. This new 71017 Batman Series Minifigures will be available in 2017.

These are great! I'm disappointed that we didn't get Mad Hatter or Crazy Quilt but there are some nice one's here. Can't wait to find them.

Kiteman, Calendar Man and Magpie are in the Riddler set. At first glance I thought Calendar Man was Crazy Quilt. That might be the one that you are thinking of. He is in the screen shot from the trailer but I haven't found him in any sets. Could he be in the Penguin car set? Maybe? I still haven't found pics of the Penguin car set.
