EVERYTHING IS AWESOME!
(Besides the fact these are probably hugely overpriced.
Love the new Penguin and the hat and the umbrella piece. The penguins have a stud on the back for a reason. But I really love the Mr. Freeze.
And Boxer Batman is great. Finally we get more boxing glove colors.

According to bricktoynews.com, $149.99 for Arkham Asylum(and is a Toys R Us exclusive), $99.99 for the Batcave, and $19.99 for Mr Freeze. Its also worth mentioning the site references a Nov. 27, 2016 release date which is earlier than Lego DC's annual January 1st release, but makes sense given the movies earlier February 10th release date. Price points are typical considering its Batman plus the popularity of all the characters and the expected success of the movie.

I would just like to take a moment and say...BYAHHHHHHHHHHHH! (Excitement level: Howard Dean)

Hugely overpriced and I'm assuming those are USD

Compared to the Scooby Doo- Mystery Mansion the Arkham Asylum price doesn't seem too bad. It has 12 minifigs. 2 are security guards, 1 looks like someone that works there (hook for a hand). Who is the guy with the hook hand?
The more that I look at the actual building though the less that I like it. I'll have to wait to see more details (especially the interior) in the future. The overall build shape is very similar to the Mystery Mansion with a center entrance and a "wing" protruding slightly outward at an angle on each side.
The Batcave has 7 minifigs (counting the extra batsuits). I didn't consider those at first and was very disgusted by the price at first. That helps slightly. I do love that Penguin minifig.

The Batcave and Mr Freeze come out November 27, the Asylum comes out in January.
LEGO is also launching half of the Super Hero Girl sets November 27th, the other half come out in January and 8 more come out i the summer.
They really aren't overpriced, they fit the 10 cent rule and have the amount of mini figures that they should have.
Watermelon pieces came out this year in the Friends theme. We will probably get Pizza slices next year.

The Arkham Asylum building looks really bland compared to 10937 but the minifigs are interesting.
