We've seen pictures of this limited edition LEGO Bat-Pod set earlier and now the contest/promotion is here! From now until June 30th, when you make any LEGO DC Super Heroes purchase (and use your LEGO VIP Card) at LEGO Brand Stores or Shop at Home, you will be entered into a raffle where you could potentially win 1 of 750 exclusive limited edition LEGO DC Super Heroes Bat-Pod sets! This is available for those living in North America only. In addition, they also have an "email entry" as well where you don't have to make any purchase. Limit one entry per day during the contest period.

LEGO estimates the retail value of these grand prizes are $50 USD. They also state that no more than 75 prizes will be awarded to residents of ANY single US State/Federal District or ANY single Canadian province/territory. So if you live in a state or province with fewer residents (that are LEGO fans), your chances of winning could potentially be higher.

OVERVIEW:
LEGO® VIP Members, 18 years of age or older as of the sweepstakes closing date, who are legal residents of the US and Canada (excluding Quebec), may enter to win one of seven hundred and fifty (750) LEGO® DC Super Heroes Bat-Pod (Product Nr. 5004590) sets.


ELIGIBILITY:
Open to all existing and newly joining LEGO VIP Members, 18 years of age or older as of the sweepstakes closing date, who are legal residents of the US and Canada (excluding Quebec). Residents of other countries the VIP Program operates in are excluded from this offer. Offer not valid at LEGO® Stores in the State of Rhode Island.
Employees of LEGO Systems Inc (“Sponsor”) and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household, are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.
Geographical limitation: In order to ensure a broad geographical distribution of prizes, no more than 75 prizes will be awarded to residents of any single state, province, territory, or federal district.


SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD:
All entries must be received within the “Sweepstakes Entry Period,” which begins on June 1, 2015 and ends at 11:59 pm Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) on June 30, 2015.

LIMIT ON ENTRIES:

Members may submit one entry per day during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. Multiple LEGO DC Super Heroes product purchases on a single day will not disqualify an entrant, but only one entry per person per day will be recorded. Multiple purchases on a single day will not increase your chances of winning.
If the Sponsor suspects that an entrant attempted to obtain additional entries by using multiple email addresses, registrations, identities or any other method, all entries submitted by the entrant will be declared null and void.


PRIZES:
There will be seven hundred and fifty (750) Grand Prizes, each consisting of one LEGO DC Super Heroes Bat-Pod set:
The approximate retail value of each Grand Prize is $50 USD.
The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received, and the number of entries that entrant submits.
MANY WILL ENTER; ONLY 750 WILL WIN A PRIZE. NO MORE THAN 75 PRIZES WILL BE AWARDED TO RESIDENTS OF ANY SINGLE US STATE OR FEDERAL DISTRICT, OR ANY SINGLE CANADIAN PROVINCE OR TERRITORY.


SELECTION OF POTENTIAL WINNER:
Potential Prize Winners will be selected by random draw, to be conducted by Sponsor on or about 30th July, 2015, and will be notified by telephone or by email on or about 7th August, 2015.
In the event that 75 Potential Prize Winners are selected who are residents of any individual state, province, territory or federal district, no further entrants from that state, province, territory, or federal district will be considered as Potential Prize Winners, and the random draws will continue from among all remaining eligible entrants until all 750 Potential Prize Winners have been selected.
Receiving the Prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules.


CERTIFICATION OF POTENTIAL PRIZE WINNER:

The Potential Prize Winners will be required to complete and return a set of Winners’ Documents consisting of:
a statement of eligibility;
release of liability;
publicity release (except were prohibited by law); and
prize acceptance form.


In the case of a Potential Prize Winner who is deemed a minor in his/her place of residence, a parent or legal guardian of the Potential Prize Winner will also be required to sign the Winners’ Documents.
Winners’ Documents must be completed and returned to Sponsor within ten (10) days of transmittal to the Potential Winner. Winners’ Documents may be returned via regular mail or by email, according to the instructions to be included in the notification email.


FOR CANADIAN RESIDENTS ONLY:
If a Potential Prize Winner is a Canadian resident he/she will also be required to answer a time limited skill testing question without assistance, in order to be eligible to receive a prize.
In the event that a selected Potential Prize Winner declines a prize, fails to return the Winners’ Documents within the time allotted, fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question (if applicable), or is ineligible, an alternate Potential Prize Winner will be selected from among all remaining entrants for that prize category, and notified in accordance with the above procedure. All prizes will be awarded.
Winners may not substitute any other prize, nor may Winners transfer the prize to any other person. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the unlikely event the intended prize is not available, or for any other reason in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prize consists only of those items specifically listed as part of the prize; under no circumstances will more prizes be awarded than those stated above.


DATA PRIVACY:
Personal data relating to entrants will be used only for the purpose of this competition unless otherwise clearly stated and accepted by you.
The personal information to be used by the sponsor is the information associated with your LEGO VIP account, including: - your name, - address and telephone number, and - e-mail address.
By entering the Sweepstakes, you explicitly confirm that you consent to your personal data being held and used by the LEGO Group in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found at http://aboutus.lego.com/enus/corporate/ ... olicy.aspx.
The LEGO Group is defined as LEGO Systems Inc as the Data Controller, and its subsidiaries as described on http://aboutus.lego.com/en-us/lego-group/
By participating, entrants agree to have their name and town of residence published in a Winners’ List, to be made available to the public in accordance with these Official Rules without compensation. Each Grand Prize Winner will be identified in the Winners’ List by first and last name, and town and country of residence.


GENERAL RULES:
In the event of a dispute as to the ownership of any entry in the Sweepstakes, the authorized LEGO VIP account holder will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. The "authorized LEGO VIP account holder" is the natural person assigned to the account at signup according to the records of Sponsor. Each entrant may be required to show proof of being an authorized account holder.
In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the English version of the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/ or modify the promotion if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the program; or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration or security of the program as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Proof of submitting entries will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor.
Any entries which are suspected of being fraudulent (including those using robotic, automatic, programmed or similar methods of participation) will be disqualified, based on determinations made solely by Sponsor. Physical prizes will be shipped to Winners at Sponsor’s expense within 90 days of receipt of fully executed Winner’s Documents unless otherwise specified. Prizes will be shipped via a delivery service with parcel tracking capabilities. Winners will be deemed to have received their prizes as of the date the prize is recorded as having been delivered by the delivery service. Sponsor disclaims all responsibility for prizes shown to have been delivered by the delivery service, but not received by a Winner. In no case will a replacement prize be shipped to a Winner if Sponsor’s delivery service records show that the package was delivered.

All right thanks to some great Lego Collectors out there I just Bricklinked all the parts to this. I can see a couple of the parts getting a little harder to find as more people start trying to put this kit together but as of now it was done rather easily. This will allow me to keep the Kit Completely sealed while having the built kit displayed in front of it. Now the horrible anticipation as I wait for those BrickLink orders to start dropping.
