Star wars set ideas.

Post by Everybody » Tue Aug 17, 2010 1:43 pm

Hey everyone I thought we could make a thread for people to post star wars set ideas. Personally I would love to see a banking clan frigate with 5 battle droids, 2 pilot droids, 2 security droids, and an admiral. Or a trade federation ship with 3 mini mtts and some mini vulture droids.

I'm not a big starwars fan, but I vote for a USS Enterprise model. with a Picard, Worf, Troi, Data and Riker minifig :D

I could see a TF Droid Control Ship being one of the next Midi-Scale sets. It would be cool to see more capital ships in that line.

To me the most glaring holes are new sets with Padme and Jango Fett. Both have yellow heads!

I was hoping for a malevolence set but they already got one. Only bit is you have to buy all the 2009 sets to build it. :(

Does any body have a checklist for all the malevolence pieces?

No checklist, but here are the instructions:

I have inoperable cancer and am unable to work. Any gifts would be appreciated. Thank you!

Their marketing is to get people to buy all the sets. Smart move, but the malevolence will be one expensive kit.

I think an ultimate collector's edition of Cloud City to the tune of 5000 pieces or so would be really really nice. It could also come with a T 16 Skyhopper or the Twin Cloud Cars/Sky Pods, whatever their name was.

Playing with LEGO when I can. Where does the time go?

Sounds cool, but I don't feel like paying $700 for a lego set. Maybe a remake of it would be good in the $100 range.

Thanks, I got the pdf. Do you think that you can go to Lego and build the Malevolance with the buildbyme software and have them send me the entire model with instructions?

A-wing or B-wing. that might fit the $100 price point.

Doubtful. The DbM piece selection (especially the available colors) leaves something to be desired. If you don't mind your Malevolence looking like a rainbow warrior, you might be successful.
