That is the most unappealing version of Batman I have ever seen - it looks like he was combined with Robin and the Joker somehow - yikes!

I agree it is a little strange looking although the detail is quite nice.

Does anyone know if they will be revealing any new Hobbit or Lord of the Rings Sets at Comic Con. I am very anxious to see some new sets.

According to what I read on Brickfan there will be one Hobbit set revealed at Comic Con that will be released in October. That's all that I've heard so far about it. I too am very curious to see what LOTR or Hobbit sets will released in the near future.

The worst part of it is that they printed the under pant on the leg.

I think he's perfect for the Friends Heartlake City.

Good call on that - maybe he and Olivia could team up in a new Friends lemonade stand set.

Does anyone know if this is for Saturdays giveaway or Sundays? My wife and I were both lucky and got a Collector figurine today at SDCC. I would love to add this to the collection aswell.

I had to have him =D I am ashamed of buying him, but we'll see if I got a good deal in the long run. Plus this is a version that will never be made into a set. Great story, but Shocked that Lego would even make this figure.
I have mixed feelings about new releases: I can't wait to see and get the new sets... but I can't figure out where I'm gonna put them or store them.

Read up on him for information on the history of the character. He's been around for a long time. His appearance on Batman: The Brave and the Bold is one of the best episodes of the entire series. He's even voiced by Kevin Conroy, the voice of Batman from the Batman: The Animated Series of the 90's!

LOVE Batman: The Brave and the Bold. Young Justice, The Brave and the Bold and Teen Titans (not Teen Titans GO) are perhaps my 3 favorite Superhero shows. I wish that they could do more episodes of the Brave and the Bold. It was so great seeing so many characters in various episodes.

I had to go back and watch the episode that you referred to. It is a good one.

The minifig is definitely a goofy looking one but so is the character. I think it will be one that fans will be seeking for some time. I don't collect the overpriced minifigs (especially convention exclusives) so even though I like it I won't be hunting for it.
