It reminds me of one of the Speed Racer ones.

True, kinda like a miniaturized one, since it's most likely a one-seater, 4 wide as opposed to 8 wide.

I am definitely loving the fact that there are now criminals to catch and the fact that now they are getting their own vehicles as well. Way to go LEGO, kudos to you! These two sets are definitely on my hit list this year, especially since it will also be nice to incorporate a bank into my city layout.

Great that they have criminals and something for them. They probably didn't have many before because they wanted to emphasize the heroes, the police, and not the criminals.

Lego City page has been updated AND it has new pictures.

3648 Police Chase
Image
The driver in the red sports car is speeding and the police officer standing by the streetlight catches him using the speed camera. Send the police car in hot pursuit and don?t let the speeder get away!

3661 Bank & Money Transfer
Image
The robber with a backpack full of money is getting away in his van and only the police helicopter can catch him! Lower a police officer down the rope to catch the robber and put him behind bars!

I don't like the villain's car as much as the preliminary pic, but I prefer the new bank. I do love how in the pic it's obvious that there's some guy climbing the side of the bank, yet the policeman, woman, and armored car driver don't see him.

aaronptrck is referring to the Lego website, where on the left you can scroll down to a 'Harbour' tab. Currently there is only 10155 Maersk Line Ship, which is interesting in itself, but it also brings to mind the rumours regarding a Harbour sub-theme (I think I read about the rumours in the Eurobricks 2011 City Sets thread).
Lego site: http://city.lego.com/en-US/Products/3661.aspx

As for these two new sets, I really like the look of the Bank set. The red dirt bike is great, although the police car looks a lot like the stand alone 7236 police car, but with an uglier front. Bank (minus the ATM) and bank van both look great. As long as the price is decent, I will definitely pick it up.

I hope they still have a full size modular bank. It could happen. This bank looks to be compatible with City Corner which is the "junior" modular line so maybe all the rumors were about this.

That is an older final configuration for the ISS

Newest version:

The "large mast was the Russian Science Power Platform, which was canceled. The partially built pressurized section was finished as the Mini Research Module 1 launched on the last shuttle mission, STS-132:

Also looking at the ISS model, there are three of the Soyuz/Progress vehicles, too bad no ATV or HTV

Really wish the Russian section was a different color or at least taper the modules, but the USOS looks alright. The radiators should be grey/silver, not the blue they are made as
