But now I know to remove stuff like that. I had a doubt, now I know to trust my instincts ;)

Would be great if you and Brickbuilder can help me add polls (with coherence) to new LEGO reviews too.

Disappointing. Looks like the 2011's lack of OT sets will give me a much needed chance to catch up and focus on this year's sets.

I wonder how would those images affect LEGO? Actually those pics were tempting. Removing those pics will make this forum less attractive. ;)

I know why LEGO wouldn't want them posted. If they decide to scrap the sets before release people will get angry because they feel like they will have been cheated, etc etc. But sometimes its all good!

Their confidental and released only to retailers. If they're already leaked out so early, other competitaors will see it and try to make something even better.

i don't buy it. no other construction set makers own the SW license. there is absolutely nothing to fear as far as lego sw is concerned.

Even if no LEGO knockoffs have the licence, there are still other companies who make SW toys, and they could make a product thats similar but its an action figure and playset or something. Looking at the two on the shelf a kid could go either way, as LEGO fans we have to remember, that even though our 'toys' are so much better, there is a reason there are other companies in the toy business. I can see LEGO's point of view on this one.

Check TRU in December. They always release sets early even though the LEGO group asks them not to.

I guess they want to get more sales especially from the people that "must get it first",

@ funny people

Funny that there was a big hype about Boba Fett and the new head gear. Only to find out of the Mandalorean BP. Imagine it was the same for the Spartan in the Collectable Minifigures and Lego came out with a Greek Theme as a Castle Subset

I saw that picture a while ago. I've been looking forward to it ever since. The only thing that could be better is a Senatorial Guard set.

I think I will take these box sets home for the minifigures. All battle packs are a-must.

I already have a v-wing starfighter. If this new v-wing comes with a new minifigure like Jedi, I may consider to get it. A new outlook of imperial pilot would not motivate me.
