Summer 2014 Jungle LEGO Friends Sets

The British retailer, Tesco UK has revealed 4 new Summer 2014 LEGO Friends sets on their site. It appears that the summer wave will be based mainly on the Jungle & Safari theme. Check below for the product descriptions for these sets! Thanks to Brickset for the news.

41036 LEGO Jungle Bridge Rescue


Prepare for an exciting mission with the LEGO® Friends Jungle Bridge Rescue set! A baby bear is stranded on a dangerous old rope bridge. Very cool looking sets. The Friends line continues to impress me.

I'm glad to see them branch out from the boutique shop mold. The horse riding subtheme was a good start, though it was still easily dismissed as a "typical girls toy". The write-up of the Summer Caravan is still a bit questionable, with the whole "sunbathing" thing, but over-all I'm glad to see Friends is progressing the way I hoped - slowly skewing away from the more stereotypical themes after gaining a foothold in the market.

Those vines look very interesting. Hope they don't just put them in Friend's Sets.
