It's very unlikely that stores around you would still have the set, but if I were you I would call the stores to check to see if they have any left.

If I wanna add this to my city, I'll have to make a chinatown.

Yup

The Saturn V is already out of stock online, and they're basically all gone in store.

I like the City sets. Sure the Coast Guard is kind of a redo of the last ones, but at least they will match. Plus these are a much better design / deal than the previous theme. And Jungle is 100x better than the filler volcano sets that look like every other City set but with a lime color. Star War...
