Hmmm... No Batcave 6860 or Superman vs. Lex Luthor 6862 sets available for pre-order. I haven't seen the Batcave anywhere yet, but the Superman set is available (at a $2 mark-up) at ToysRUs.

I was also able to get the Robie House set at BN, but they would not let me use my BN member discount. Still, $80 off this set was very nice - thanks!
