My gut is that this will be AT LEAST $199. I know many are speculating $179. But with just inflation - 8 minifigs, and all the pieces, I can't help but feel it is a pretty big step up from $149.

Went to Wal-Mart today, and it was all cleared out of sale items, except for a single Atlantis set.

@natelite Good points about how bubbles work. But figuring out when they will pop is hard to do. Yep - the only thing I found too was the polybags. Target toy section was an absolute mess, and I went to 2 stores.

@UnknownUser Hopefully all of the sold out items were removed from LEGO Shop so that they avoid last year's issue - where sold out items appeared with a 50% off price, frustrating customers who thought they missed out on a great deal.

I spoke to someone at the store that said they are opening at regular hours on Dec 26th.

Battle Pack is back up to $10.99. I think both the hoth battle packs will be heavily discounted after Christmas. These sets seems to be on shelves in huge quantities for a long time now. I've seen them on sale for $8.99 with tons of stock still available.
