The K-Mart in Annandale, VA has a relatively limited selection of sets on clearance. The clearance toys are in the garden section, far from the toy section. In case it is helpful for anyone, the Target in Greenbelt, MD has at least 3 or 4 Galactic Enforcer sets, but they currently scan at just 30% off.

I picked up a Darth Vader Alarm Clock at the K-Mart in Greenbelt MD. It was the only one available.

I believe the MSRP is $24.99. Clearance sticker said $14.99. It rang up for $5.99. There were no other Lego sets or accessories on clearance that I could find (and I looked pretty carefully).
