Re: Lego Price Guide?
Sorry I would buy anything from outside the USA, so this doesn't do much good. BrickLink allows you to filter by seller's country. To much info for me. I just wanna know and to be able to look up a Minifigure from the 1990's. Not my cup of tea I guess. However if I'm looking for parts, this is the ...

Re: LEGO Store Grand Opening Celebrations (Texas & Massachus
By the way, GuaranteedUnity , were you the first one in line? What time did you arrive? I'm just curious because my original plan was to arrive by 7:30 or 8 and that likely would have been a long/unnecessary wait in line by the sounds of it! ;-) Most definitely... I got there at 9:30 and ...

Re: Why is LEGO 4840 The Burrows so hard to get?
According to Brickset, the set was retired last October , which is why you're unlikely to find it on store shelves. Unfortunately, the price of out of production sets tends to climb, sometimes pretty dramatically. Without any more movies in the works, LEGO are unlikely to make any more HP sets eithe...

Re: LEGO Store Grand Opening Celebrations (Texas & Massachus
Might be because this is the fourth store in the Boston area and/or because it's a holiday weekend (northbound traffic was insane ), but it still felt pretty busy, with the queue for the register wrapping around the store within a few minutes and making it really awkward to browse. http://img600.ima...

I ended up coming in an entrance at the back of the mall between Nordstrom and Macys.

Instead of their usual $5 off $25 in-store coupon, BAM! have a 20% off your entire in-store purchase until Mother's Day (May 13). Kind of a 'meh' deal by itself (especially as 2012 sets are marked up from MSRP), but if you can find older sets (which are still at MSRP) or clearance sets (I've been se...

Does anyone know if you can double up on promos? (e.g., if you spend $50, do you get both the grand opening promo and the Hulk minifig?)

Re: Ninjago DVD?
tvshowsondvd.com has Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu - Season 1 scheduled for a June 26, 2012 release , although at 13 episodes/286 minutes, it appears to be a mislabeled Season 2. Pre-order at Amazon - http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B007Z8ECHC" onclick="window.open(this.href);return...

Re: Ninjago DVD?
To confuse things further, it looks like the two 22min. episodes are sometimes billed as four 11min. episodes (see Brickipedia for their titles and provenance), so depending on whom you ask/what you count, the first season is either 2, 4, 8 or 10 episodes long.

The are two 22min episodes, and six 2min. mini-episodes. The latter are probably missing from the DVD.silvashado wrote:Is the first season only 2 episodes? It looks that way on IMDB.

This was also mentioned on a few other sites, but I've yet to see anything that officially confirms. Do you have any links? Bit of a bummer if it's true -- poor exchange rates and hefty postage usually make ordering from Europe cost prohibitive (if az.fr actually had it in stock, you'd be looking at...

Re: MSRP App for mobile phones?
I've thought about doing something similar to this when Borders was still in business, but ended up just sending myself an email (or saving a note) with all current sets and their prices and would just refer back to that. Not as elegant as an app, but pretty simple and should work even when you have...

Even though the coupons are not super incredible, BAM have been selling older sets at MSRP in-stores and below MSRP online, although I noticed today that all the 2012 sets were marked up (e.g., CMF S6 @ $3.99, Geonosian Cannon @ $21.99). The only real Walmart clearance is a secret one, because if it says it's clearance, it ain't. Re: School me on the LEGO VIP program
Every so often they go crazy and double the rewards/future credit you can earn. Ooooh! Aaaaah! More recently, they released a supposedly VIP-exclusive set ( 10230 Mini Modulars ), and a few of the top tier VIP buyers got invited to a special Black Friday preview , but, really, the 5% back every $100...
