Strict limit of one "per family or household (address)" here at our Lego store...even if each adult has their own VIP account.

Of course they are because LEGO is selling better each year. 10 years ago LEGO had 1000 piece plastic buckets for $20, then sometimes had gold pieces in them, or "rare" purple (Remember when purple was rare? :lol:) or just 500 random pieces from LEGO cleaning out their warehouses. Man tho...

Last year it was the blue buckets of 700 legos for $15. Must be inflation. I'll probably still pick up two buckets. My kids love to use these to just build stuff. No last year it was #6749 for $15 which is 650pcs and cardboard also, not a blue bucket. The year before that was the 1600pc XXL box #55...

Interesting thoughts C&T, I have had some that are in the same school of thought. To add on to your reasoning... Think of TRU.. they mark up prices, why? Because their main target audience is the 'average buyer' who just wants to pick up a quick toy for their child/gift/etc., not the collectors...

I think TLG should do what they can or want to curb the reseller issue or Fraud or what ever reason the TLG has but IMO it's really nothing to do with the items they claim are LEGO Exclusives and Hard to Find Items Like I said in one of my posts...buy a black marker and write "SOLD" in pe...

They all look to be NCF, so this is likely a clearance even though Target is calling this a price cut. I can't see them being around until 9/21. This is exactly what happened with The Zombies. They went to $40 on a price cut and they were essentially gone for good.

FYI...I was only able to do this twice for any single set. (2 sets of 3 for a total of 6) Trying to buy three more of the same set for a 3rd time, the discount was not reflected.
