You should be able to just give them your Rewards number and they'll key it in at the register. If you can't find your actual card, you can call CS, give them your details, and they'll give you your Rewards number.

Does anyone know how long the 10% off pre-orders typically lasts? They usually run this discount on new sets, but I'm trying to see if I can combo this with one of their coupons.

I'm on vacation in Florida. I planned on hitting the Downtown Disney store late tomorrow night. I just called tonight to see that they were running the promo and the guy didn't know anything about it. Is this only at certain locations? Do I need to ask for something specific (other than a PaB promo?)

The Rockefeller Center Lego store marks up everything across the board 10% (except for PaB and Build-a-mini). Do any other stores do a markup? I'm particularly interested in the Downtown Disney store since I will be in that area for vacation. Thanks!

The last one of these that I remember was for Harry Potter last summer. I believe it was a $5 discount off a $25 purchase.

Last year they got 2011 stuff in very slowly around late February/early March. The mid-year sets came in about a month late as well and they never fully got all of the PoTC sets in-store. I saw it around Thanksgiving time at B&N. I don't know if it's still there - they don't have it listed on their website.
