Re: ToysRUs eBay BOGO-40% off
Not a bad deal on the Maersk, as mentioned, it's at/near EOL, so I picked up a pair. Interestingly, sales tax was a line item in the ebay checkout, but my final Paypal charge was for only $207.98, which is the raw cost of the 2 sets with the BOGO40. It appears that the system neglected to charge sal...

Re: Wal-Mart LOTR/Hobbit bundle
I see. The way the entire page is set up, it really gives the impression that you're getting the Riddles set. Looks like I'll be canceling the entire thing. The page is clearly misleading, especially with the precedence of the actual bundles they had on BF. I don't think it would take much to argue...

Re: Wal-Mart LOTR/Hobbit bundle
Hmm, this "bundle" actually appears to simply be one set. In other words, you pick one set to complete your bundle. The big picture of 79000 makes you think you get that PLUS another set, but really it's just one set you get.

Re: Toys R Us (USA) Buy 1 Get 1 50% Off 11/25-12/1
I hope to God you have all that insured. That's amazing. Good point, homeowner's insurance only covers up to a limited amount of "personal items" and sometimes excludes any items of a rare, collectible or business nature, which these would likely be considered. I hope you don't smoke, or ...

Re: Toys R Us (USA) Buy 1 Get 1 50% Off 11/25-12/1
If lego were limited edition or something, then complaints about resellers would be valid, but everyone has years and years to buy the sets they want, so complaints about someone "buying them all to resell" holds no weight. The same with people stocking up during sales, everyone has a cha...

It was $40 before. Really? You should post it if it goes that low again. I'm sure people would thank you. No, it wasn't. http://camelcamelcamel.com/LEGO-Rings-Hobbit-Attack-Weathertop/product/B007Q0OUNA" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; $42.75 is the Amazon low so far. If you...

Is there a reason you don't want to tell people the actual stores where you saw the bargains? It's much more helpful than simply saying "Florida."kraftcheesy wrote:My location is Florida and I mentioned Florida once is that not enough of a location?

kraftcheesy, It would be prudent for you to identify the locations where you are finding these deals. Just listing the retailer is not enough if you want to really help people.

Re: 9450 Epic Dragon Battle $76 shipped to US from Amazon UK
Same with me for the Fire Temple, and I've had stuff come from UK, France, Italy, etc. The only fees I ever had to worry about are credit/debit card exchange rate fees, which were a couple bucks at most.

Back in stock at $179.99 (which is the first time I've seen this particular set over MSRP at TRU). I wonder how much stock they have left. :) It's been that way since last Christmas actually, with the Cargo train being $200. Only during a sale here and there has it dipped down to reasonable levels.

First, it's usually always est when TRU gives a specific time. Second, have you tried the website again? 956930 worked for me. I also see another code 956931 at http://www.toysrus.com/graphics/media/trus/IN120412A_cpn.pdf" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; so try that. You can ...

Nearly $10k retail into only 4 sets... I'm no financial adviser, but you may want to consider diversifying your investments so that if one set turns into a dog, it doesn't drag the rest down with it.

I'm convinced this is not a sanctioned sale, just a couple things stacking when I don't think they should.
Oh well, our gain :)
Btw, the code can only be used once per account it appears.

If you missed it from the S@H clearance, you can still get the Red Cargo Train for $130. Actually, a great many sets are marked 20% off as well. If you hit > $40, you get the free Ninjago bank also. Thanks for the heads up! :-D I combined the sale with a $25 discount off $125 coupon/promo code 9568...
