Off-topic are discussions that are unrelated to LEGO and focuses more on the Toys N Bricks community.

Re: [Site News] 1000 Member Celebration

I went with building and ideas because we have a sales and deals forum, a cool creation/custom forum, off topic , not sure what that is and I don't have any "others".

Target switch.

I was at my local target (Rohnert Park) and they said they were out of desert of destruction, so they put in the kings castle instead. It's only ten dollars off but this could mean target could switch some other sales to. :D

Re: TRU now on eBay

If your searching ebay and you see toys r us and no nothing about their price markups, what are you going to do? Buy from a large chain or some guy/gal you've never met before and probably never will. It's just to get suckers to buy.

kevin93 wrote:The deals are weak (if alone). But with free shipping, 20% off, 10% off and 5% back from vip points, you can save around 30% off. Too bad there are no license themes or star wars on sale. :(
Actually the Battle of Alamut is licensed PoP.

Re: Is it worth the extra charges on certain sets?

NEVER !!!!!! It is not worth it at all, I got the first grievous star-fighter so I don't have to pay 50 dollars, but even if I hadn't I wouldn't consider paying the jacked up price. I think It would be cheaper to build the little parts on your own.

Definitely target as it's the closest to my house. They have everything and the sets that are on sale at walmart are always sold out when I get there. Also my target gets stuff pretty fast and restocks quickly so no waiting. :D
